BIM Management ensures efficient design coordination and collaboration throughout the project. The expansion of Hong Kong International Airport’s Terminal 1 includes a 7-storey annex with additional check-in facilities, baggage reclaim carousels, handling systems, and retail spaces. Using BIM Management, the project also expands Car Park 4 with a 12-storey building for parking and staff facilities. With a total cost of USD 210 million, the annex and Car Park 4 are linked by a new bridge.
