Hi, I’m Ilya, I’m licensed architect and I like to design and build amazing homes.
With 15 years of experience in the industry, I have honed my skills in designing private homes and commercial locations, remodeling projects, and building new homes. I have also worked on complex projects like a subway line, which has given me valuable insight into large-scale design and project management.
As an architect, I value art and design very highly and believe that the built environment plays a critical role in shaping our lives. I approach each project with a passion for creativity and functionality, working closely with clients to create spaces that meet their needs while pushing the boundaries of design.
